Albion council pauses codification update after motion lacks second
Council discussed adopting Supplement #9 from American Legal Publishing but a motion to proceed without attorney involvement died for lack of a second; the council will revisit the matter at its next meeting.

Councilmember Chris Magnuson moved Jan. 13 that the town proceed with the codification update (Supplement #9) prepared by American Legal Publishing the same way it has been done in prior years. The motion failed for lack of a second, and the council agreed to revisit the issue at its next regular meeting.
