Mark Crawford, a property owner north of the proposed Thomas Trust subdivision, told the commission that a pond on his land receives water from the subject parcel and that its level has been consistent since he purchased the property in 2011. He asked the developer and staff for measurements and assurances that development would not alter that flow.
