The minutes list the provisions used: "Texas Government Code 551.071: Consultation with Board Attorney," "551.072: Deliberation regarding purchase, exchange, lease or value of real property," "551.074: Personnel Matters," and provisions for security and cybersecurity (551.076 and 551.0761).
