Ocala CRA approves administrative approval framework for small grants
The Ocala Community Redevelopment Agency approved a framework allowing administrative approvals for CRA grants under $10,000, shortening review times and allocating about $50,000 per subarea (roughly $200,000 total) to cover these awards.

Planning Director Aubrey Hill told the Ocala Community Redevelopment Agency board that staff recommended adopting a framework to allow administrative approvals for grant applications under $10,000. "It would allow for roughly a 10 day turnaround on those grama approvals of less than $10,000," Hill said, and staff proposed budgeting $50,000 per CRA subarea for those awards, "which gives you really a a total of 200,000 across the 4."
