Ken Crater of Crater Consulting Group told the board the East Lompa Ranch Park will be fully developed and financed by the apartment developers for the North Lompa Ranch specific plan and is a required improvement prior to issuance of the 250th certificate of occupancy for the adjacent project. The park design includes a small‑dog area north of North Lompa Lane, a larger‑dog area south of the road, vestibules with double gates, benches, turf play areas and 20 parking spaces.
