Parks & Streets director reports drainage study progress and street impact fee work
Director Adam reported Miller Perkins completed phase 1 of a drainage study and phase 2 (remedial options) will begin soon; staff also said the street impact fee study task order is done and will require an ordinance and public hearing to implement.

Adam, Gunter's Director of Parks and Streets, told the council Miller Perkins finished phase 1 of a drainage study funded by the MDD and that phase 2 — which will analyze solutions for known drainage issues — will begin within a week. He said staff will seek right‑of‑entry in The Meadows to allow fieldwork and expects a timeline and recommendations next week.
