The Township Committee adopted Resolution 37-2026 adopting the Affirmative Marketing Plan required under UHAC and the Fair Housing Act to ensure affordable units are marketed to eligible households in Housing Region #3. The plan requires posting listings to the New Jersey Housing Resource Center and regional outreach.
