Under the secretary's report the board unanimously accepted Resolution 2026‑06 relating to Perry County's Tourism Agency (Woodward/Potteiger). The board also accepted the resignation of Elected Auditor Lucinda Novinger and authorized the secretary to advertise for the vacant Elected Auditor position, accepting letters of interest until April 23.
