During the NPPD presentation, Paul Brune said the utility completed a system inventory that revealed inconsistencies in streetlight billing. The letter NPPD provided to the village noted the Village had been billed for streetlights that had been removed and not billed for some lights that had been installed; the company's correspondence referenced changes occurring in 2019.
