At a local meeting, members approved a certified survey map intended to correct a prior land-transfer error affecting two parcels along the state highway and near the bike trail. The motion to approve the CSM passed by voice vote after staff outlined the changes needed to separate a north parcel to be deeded to the town and to create a Lot 3 for the property owner.
