The Commission accepted a Sourcewell contract quote from ImageTrend for EMS patient‑care reporting software in the amount of $47,475. The payment schedule recorded in the motion specifies $20,000 due at contract signing and $27,475 to be invoiced on July 1, 2026, with a recurring annual fee of $38,520. County staff indicated funding will be provided from the General Fund and the procurement passed unanimously after a motion by Commissioner Russell Gray and second by Commissioner Clinton Johnson.
