Council members discussed multiple requests for additional appropriations and bond issuance documentation and the Chair said the council must have sufficient information to act as the county fiscal authority for bond approvals. The Chair moved to table items E-2 through E-5 and to instruct each affected unit to email counsel with background materials, financial impact analyses and supporting records; the motion passed by roll call.
