Central Laredo MMD sets 20¢ assessment rate, schedules Nov. 24 public hearing

The board voted to approve a proposed assessment rate of 20¢ for the fiscal year and scheduled a public hearing on that proposed assessment for Nov. 24, 2026. The hearing will follow the requirements of Section 375.115 of the Texas Local Government Code and notices will be mailed by certified mail to property owners in the district.
