Following a closed session addressing personnel and safety matters, the Gladewater ISD Board approved acceptance of three applicants into the district’s Guardian Program. The motion to accept the applicants was made by Garth Cockerell and seconded by Danielle Budro; the vote was recorded as 7–0.
