The Village of Decatur Downtown Development Authority approved its Façade Program documents at the Feb. 12 meeting after a motion by Janice Benson supported by Mary Miller; the motion carried 7-0. The approval formalizes program materials the DDA will use to implement façade improvements for qualifying properties.
