At the Nov. 17 meeting the Peaster ISD Board approved a resolution to divide the district's 50 votes equally between Richard Barrett and Joe Wiikinson, allocating 25 votes to each candidate. Secretary Justin McKinley moved the resolution and BJ Sharp seconded; the motion carried unanimously.
