The Business Improvement District Board approved its 2026 Operating Plan at the Nov. 13 meeting. Board member Kylee Wussow moved to approve and Duane Johnson seconded; the minutes record, "It was moved by K. Wussow, seconded by D. Johnson to approve the 2026 BID Operating Plan. Motion carried."
