The Ross Township Board of Trustees voted Nov. 6 to authorize an expenditure from the OneOhio Opioid Settlement Fund (#2905) to purchase Narcan, the board record shows. Trustee David M. Young moved the resolution and Trustee Keith Ballauer seconded; the record states "All present voted yes, motion carried." Resolution No. 2025-066 designates the acquisition of Narcan as a permitted use of the settlement funds and takes effect upon filing with the Fiscal Officer.
