Planning commission tables zoning update, directs planner to compile parcel-level concerns
After a multi-hour public hearing on the Chapter 32 zoning update, the Fraser Planning Commission voted unanimously to table the item and charged staff with compiling the public comments and a parcel-by-parcel list of concerns to return with recommendations at a later meeting. The motion was moved by Commissioner (transcript label 9) and supported by another commissioner and approved on roll call.
