Commission approves File Business Center site plan, requires façade changes and return of elevations

The Planning & Zoning Commission voted to approve site development plan S24-0015 (File Business Center) for a 15,000-square-foot office/storage building proposed on Lot 10 of the Meadow Branch subdivision, but required further façade work to satisfy the city's development design-preference manual. Staff said landscaping review is complete, but the design-preference manual remained an outstanding item; commissioners focused on screening for adjacent residential properties and on adding variation to the front elevation.
