Patron seeks incident report after alleged harassment at Central Library

James May said he has used Multnomah County libraries for more than 20 years and that staff or security interactions at the Central Library left him uncomfortable and deterred him from returning. He described an encounter with a security officer he identified as Michael Heck and said he had requested a copy of the library’s incident report but had not received it.
