Mother urges county to investigate ODHS failures after judge ordered reunification

Crystal Bauer Feldman told the Multnomah County Commission that Judge Patrick Henry ordered reunification with her son and a robust safety plan following a domestic‑violence incident, but she says reunification efforts were never carried out over the subsequent 17 months. Feldman described court, agency and cross‑jurisdictional communication problems she says prevented court‑ordered reunification, and she requested independent review of the Oregon Department of Human Services (ODHS).
