The Spalding County Board of Commissioners on Oct. 22 approved changes to Zoning Appendix E to establish a process to review and approve digital message boards and electronic billboards. Attorney/staff explained that the current ordinance does not allow digital messaging boards and that the Planning Commission recommended approval at its July 28, 2026 meeting.
