Following staff presentation and public comment, a commissioner moved to schedule an additional work session focusing on code housekeeping, violations and penalties, and whether rental frequency rules should be 14 days versus twice a month. The motion (moved by Commissioner speaking as speaker 7) was seconded; the chair called a roll and the motion passed by recorded assent from the commissioners present.
