The council separately authorized staff to issue Requests for Proposals and Requests for Qualifications for the FY2024 Community Project Funding administered by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency. City Manager Squyres summarized the request as similar to the FY2022 item and asked that the FY2024 solicitation be handled in the same way.
