Court approves multiple constable reports and hires deputies under OLS grant

The Commissioners Court approved monthly reports for the precinct constables and took multiple hiring actions tied to the OLS grant. The Pct. 1 report for Constable Rudy Lopez was approved without recorded opposition. The Court approved the Pct. 2 report for Constable Andres Arambula and later approved hiring Danny Moyeda and Dustin Lopez as Pct. 2 deputy constables, to be paid by the OLS grant, effective Sept. 21, 2026; an initial motion on that hire had died for lack of a second before the later motion passed 4–1.
