Water operator reports leaks, new flow meter and Phase 2 construction documents
Town water operator Todd reported recent leaks at 2nd & Pine and 3rd & Walnut that were repaired, the installation of a new flow meter and a pump-saver motor, and that construction documents for water project Phase 2 were received with construction slated for spring.

Todd, the town’s water operator, summarized operations and recent repairs, saying: "We had a leak for the 1st of the month down 2nd Pine. We got that addressed and taken care of." He also reported a smaller leak at 3rd & Walnut that has been fixed and described steps taken to cap and protect hydrants ahead of the Phase 2 construction.
