At its Dec. 8 work session, Dougherty County staff recommended purchases including ImageTrend EMS software for $47,475 (General Fund), Axon law-enforcement equipment for $103,250 (SPLOST VIII), and two 2026 Ford Explorers for $73,894.40 (SPLOST VII).
