The Chiropractic Physicians’ Board of Nevada was asked to consider a package of proposed statutory changes and a Legislative update prepared by Strategies 360 as part of its Oct. 22, 2026 meeting materials. The packet, prepared for the Board, included a multi-page bill draft and an attached memorandum from Dan Musgrove of Strategies 360 that summarized the status of Bill Draft Requests (BDRs) for the 2027 legislative session and identified a Board-sponsored package of changes to NRS chapter 634 and related NRS sections.
