According to the meeting agenda, the Chiropractic Physicians’ Board of Nevada was scheduled on Oct. 22, 2026 to hear an update from Strategies 360 consultant Dan Musgrove and to discuss Bill Draft Requests (BDRs) filed for the 2027 Nevada Legislative session that "may impact the Board." The agenda lists an extensive set of statutory citations the Board planned to review, including proposed revisions to NRS 634.035(2)(b); 634.070; 634.080; 634.090; 634.100; 634.105; 634.115; 634.123; 634.125; 634.135; 634.136; 634.137–634.1379 and provisions in NRS chapter 482 (482.3833, 482.3837, 482.3839, 482.384).
