Developer: site buildout complete but utilities stalled until final plat

Mitch Hontzik, the applicant's representative, told the commission the on-site build-out for the RMC Business Park is essentially complete but that public utilities remain outstanding because a utility provider will not extend service without a final plat. "The build out's complete. It's 100%. We've got all the drives in, retaining walls, utilities, everything except, again, the public utilities," Hontzik said.
