The Lavon City Council on Dec. 2 approved Ordinance No. 2025-12-01 accepting and approving a Service and Assessment Plan and assessment rolls for the Elevon Public Improvement District (PID). Councilmember Rachel Dumas (Place 4) moved to approve the ordinance; Councilmember Mike Shepard (Place 1, mayor pro‑tem) seconded and the motion passed unanimously with Councilmember Mike Cook absent.
