A staff report to the Navasota City Council asked the body to conduct a public hearing and act on Ordinance No. 1094-26, which would grant a conditional use permit (CUP) for an accessory unit at 316 East McAlpine Street. The request was submitted by Eric Linder and covers property legally described as H&TC, Block 99, Lots 4 and 5 in the Central Business District (CBD), where accessory units are listed as conditional uses.
