Town Manager Kendrah G. Wilkerson updated the council on sewer services planning and procurement, saying staff met with Talquin and with certified wastewater operators to review Havana’s infrastructure and needs. An RFP for wastewater management was published and a facilities tour was held Dec. 10, 2025.
