The Planning and Zoning Commission recommended final approval for section 1 of the Harvest Creek subdivision (79 of 137 lots) and accepted staffconcurrency findings that Ridge Road is "approaching inadequate," while schools, water, sewer and fire protection were found adequate. The commission set permit reservation limits and conditions for plat recordation.

The Carroll County Planning and Zoning Commission on Oct. 20 recommended final approval of section 1 of the Harvest Creek subdivision, clearing the way for the first 79 of the 137 lots approved in the preliminary plan.
