The Village of Spencer Board of Trustees carried a unanimous roll call vote to approve Fellenz Excavating’s Pay Request #1 for the Shooting Range project in the amount of $113,421.91. Trustee Hoes moved the approval and Trustee Krause seconded the motion, as recorded in the minutes (SEG 010).
