David and Daniel Hubacek asked the Town of Grafton Plan Commission to amend Conditional Use Permit (CUP) #26‑01 for their rental storage facility at 1755 Cedar Creek Road (Tax Key 05‑013‑01‑009.00) to clarify hours of operation. In a letter included in the packet, the Hubaceks requested that customer unit access be amended to “Customer Unit Access: 24 hours, 7 Days per week” while keeping customer support phone and email hours at 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. seven days a week.
