The Board’s Oct. 20, 2026 packet included Ordinance No. 26‑02, which would update Curry County’s Building Code (Article Two, Division Eight) to adopt recent Oregon specialty and residential codes, administrative sections, and the Code for the Abatement of Dangerous Buildings. The cover sheet said the Building Official recommended updates and that a detailed discussion took place at a Sept. 2, 2026 workshop.
