The Everman ISD Board of Trustees approved a turnaround plan for Baxter Jr. High on Nov. 17, 2025 following a presentation by Superintendent Felicia Donaldson. Ramonda Fields moved to approve the plan, and Ricky Burgess seconded; the motion passed 5–0.
