The Fairview Planning Commission unanimously approved (7–0) a non-residential site plan for two medical buildings — a 16,000-square-foot medical office and a 10,458-square-foot freestanding emergency room — at 1866 and 1872 Fairview Boulevard (PC 50-26). The plan includes required parking, stormwater and wastewater infrastructure and a reserved future helipad space.
