The Memphis ISD Board of Trustees entered closed session at 6:51 p.m. on Aug. 31 under Texas Government Code 551.074, which governs certain personnel matters. The motion to enter closed session was moved by Trustee Josh Brooks and seconded by Trustee Michael Morris. The board returned to open session at 7:08 p.m. The public minutes do not record any personnel actions taken in closed session.
