The Aug. 7 agenda includes two nuisance-related resolutions. Resolution No. 2025-050 would declare accumulated debris at 2666 Moeller Drive a nuisance and order abatement. Resolution No. 2025-051 would certify an abatement expense at 2188 Wren Avenue to the Butler County Auditor for assessment following previously completed abatement work and per the trustees' earlier resolution (2025-043).
