The Commission approved a $3,892,775.25 contract award to Reeves Construction Company, Inc. (Albany) for the FY 2024‑2025 Road Resurfacing Project after staff confirmed the company was the lowest responsive and responsible bidder meeting specifications. Commissioner Anthony Jones moved for approval and Commissioner Ed Newsome seconded; the motion passed unanimously and Resolution 25‑069 was recorded.
