According to the meeting agenda, the Muskogee Board of County Commissioners is scheduled to consider "a Memorandum of Understanding between United States Immigration and Custom Enforcement (ICE), a component of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and the Muskogee County Sheriff's Office" at its regular meeting on October 26, 2026 at 8:15 a.m. in the Commissioners' Board Room at the Muskogee County Services Building, 400 West Broadway, Suite 010, Muskogee, OK.
