The Engineering Department asked the Mobile County Commission on Oct. 22, 2026 to act on several subdivision plats. The packet requested that the commission "APPROVE proposed plat only of the following subdivision" for Kingsmill Subdivision (District 3, Schillinger Road South), listing 152 lots, and requested approval of proposed-and-final plats for Palestine Estates (District 2, Palestine Road and Howells Ferry Road, 2 lots), Walker Acres (District 2, Wilmer Georgetown Road and Duke Road, 3 lots) and Woodland Farms (District 3, Woodlands Street and Hamilton Farm Road, 5 lots).
