Stephanie, manager of administration, described a reorganization to create a Housing & Community Development Program Coordinator who would take on program management responsibilities for the homeowner rehab program, including scoping, bidding, and contract oversight. "She goes to the codes, to the property... so she kinda see this from start to finish," Stephanie said, explaining why the role is being separated from code duties.
