Jamie Luaders, director of TQRECC, asked the commission to approve a quote from YUCCA Telecom for tower equipment and a contract with APIC Solutions for secure access and security cameras. Both requests were approved on motions (mover: Dallas Dowell; seconder: Brian Fortner) and carried with all three commissioners voting 'aye.'
