The Town of Fulton board approved Ordinance 2025-06 on March 11, 2025, which renumbers Sections 410-7 through 410-9 and creates a new Section 410-7 of the town code to regulate ATVs and UTVs. The board reviewed and confirmed revisions previously requested of Attorney Schroeder and then approved the ordinance on a motion by Thompson, seconded by Farrington.
