Commissioners adopt Resolution 2026-R27 to approve County Line Countryside Subdivision

Amanda Stucky, Kingman County Planning and Zoning Director, presented the County Line Countryside Subdivision plan to the commission and asked for formal approval. Commissioners considered the proposal and Commissioner Thimesch moved to adopt Resolution 2026-R27; Commissioner Young seconded and the motion passed 3-0.
