Council approved a reissued interlocal agreement with Collin County concerning jail services after staff explained the county issued a new agreement rather than one that amended the prior document. The town attorney (speaker 5) said the county’s process appears to replace prior amendments with a consolidated new ILA and may be a take‑it‑or‑leave‑it proposition for municipalities.
